How do I know if it will fit? Please contact us if you are unsure of the size on anything on our website. We will be happy to measure anything for you.
Rings These are tricky. For most of the ones we have already made, these have been modelled on our own hands, which are of average size. We do, however, make to order if the size shown is not yours.
How to measure You can either get your finger measured professionally or get some non stretchy string. Wrap it round your finger. Mark it when the fit feels comfortable, then measure in cm and mm (eg 6.3cm = 63mm) and send us the measurements. You might need someone to help, as it is a little fiddly. Please remember: hot hands will measure differently to cold hands - noticeably differently - so measure them carefully.
Chains We supply pendants with 18 inch chains, but if you want shorter or longer, we can supply the length you require. 16 inch chains will be supplied within the price of the item: no discount will apply, However, longer chains will have to be charged at a small fee. Please contact us,
Do we make to order? Yes we do, Any of the items you see on the website we can make with different colour stones or sizes. Also, if you have a simple design of your own, we can take a look, to see if we can make it. Most semi-precious stones come in different shapes and sizes, so please ask us if you want something other than what you see on our website.
Returns and refunds We will accept all returns, with a few conditions:
Postage No postage will be refunded.
Not what you wanted If an item is what you ordered but you have decided you do not want it, or you do not like it (even commissions), we will take it back within 14 days (as long as it has not been damaged or personalised), but please contact us first. You will be required to send it back at your expense. It must be very well packaged and undamaged, as this might affect the amount refunded.
Faulty item If an item is faulty when you receive it, we will take it back, fix it and return it, Please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Privacy policy We do not send you any advertising or sell your details on, or use your details for anything other than your order.
Payment and shipping We try and send our jewellery out to you within 5 working days, unless it is a commission, in which case it will take longer. Items will be sent by recorded (signed for) delivery. Any items containing semi-precious stones which we don't keep in stock, and anything above a certain weight needs to be hallmarked, by law. before you receive it. This means that it has to make a journey to London before we can send it out to you, However, we will be talking to you and discussing the time span.
